That rite girl live now we all get old. 1st thing I do after hard training in judo or mma classes is wind down with a few white wines and live in the moment. Training is to train the mind more than the body. If the mind isn’t stronger than the body u will never achieve beyond human results. What people don’t realize is that u are human and have the same desires as all of us. I would love to share a few glasses of wine and laughs of cours after hard training.
